To redeem Gems from G2A, log into your Createporn.com account, purchase a Gem package from the G2A tab on our Credits page, complete the purchase, copy the Redemption Code from your G2A order page, return to the Credits page, click Redeem Keys, enter your code, and refresh the page to update your Gem balance.
Gems do not expire. Unused Gems roll over to the next month.
Yes. You can purchase Gem Packs even if you already have an active subscription. Gem Packs provide additional Gems for generations and do not add or extend premium subscription benefits.
The bonus Gems are already included in the total amount displayed on the Gem Pack and are not awarded separately.
For example, if a package says 14,000 Gems + 4,000 Bonus = 18,000 total, you will receive 18,000 Gems in total, not 22,000.
CreatePorn.com has a no-refund policy for purchases. However, Gem refunds may be provided in certain eligible cases, such as qualifying failed generations or technical issues.
